We have a special high-performance FLIR camera for the building. Making the invisible visible Thermography is a recognized method for measuring and imaging surface temperatures. It is a non-destructive investigation technique used to locate energy losses on the surface of objects in order to diagnose weak points and subsequently damaged places. In the building industry, infrared thermography is mainly used for locating sealing and insulation faults, but also for finding leaks in heating networks and inaccessible pipes.
Featuring IGM technology, the MR160 helps you quickly analyze and target moisture issues, providing you with reliable visual indication of where to take measurements and analyze readings. An integrated pinless sensor and an external pin probe allow for both intrusive and non-intrusive measurements.
The endoscopic camera makes it possible to effectively inspect ducts, pipes and sewerage pipes; we also have a camera with a probe. This probe, which emits a frequency, offers us a real saving of time. Indeed, when identifying the problem in the pipe on the screen, by simply hovering our locator over it, we can tell you exactly where our probing head is.
We have a specific ultraviolet lamp to accurately determine the presence of fluorescein. Fluorescein (C20H10Na2O5 or 3H-xanthene-3-one) is a complex chemical substance composed of two molecules of phenols linked to a furan ring itself linked to a benzoic acid. This xanthene-derived substance, acidic, reddish in color when seen in transparency, is fluorescent-green when seen by daylight reflection, emits reflected light of fluorescence when excited under ultraviolet light. Its color being visible even at low doses, fluorescein is used to trace underground waterways, resurgences, leaks, etc. In the same way, fluorescein is used for tests on wastewater networks, to find the path of poorly known networks, identify inversions between wastewater and rainwater networks, etc.
We are equipped with the permanent smoke system without the use of smoke cartridges, unlimited smoke production. It is a device that produces thick smoke using a special smoke product. An air-smoke mixture is blown into the hollow spaces by means of an integrated booster, to be more precise a turbine specially designed for the search for leaks.
